We would like to inform you that the hotel complies with all hygiene regulations in accordance with the new hotel operating protocols due to COVID-19, set by NHS.

In more detail:

• The check-in is done electronically up to 48 hours earlier through our website. The check-out can also be done electronically if you wish. All you have to do is pick up your key on arrival and hand it over on departure. The new check-in time is from 15:00, while the check-out must be done by 11:00.
• The reception is open 24 hours. However, for your best service, we suggest that you call from your room for anything you may need. You can connect to the reception by pressing the number ¨9¨ on the telephone device in your room.
• Cleaning staff will disinfect the room and its appliances at the arrival/check-in.
• During your weekly stay, the room will be cleaned once, only upon request. The same day, your bed linen will also be changed. Please, inform the reception staff 1 day earlier, by 15:00.
• Also during your weekly stay, the towels will be changed 2 times, again only upon request at the reception, 1 day earlier, by 15:00.
• The restaurant operates with a new schedule. Kindly respect and follow the new regulations. No more self service system, as all products will be served by a member of our staff. Occasionally one use plastic glasses and plates will be used. Occupancy restrictions might apply and waiting for seating might be needed. For your best service, please contact a restaurant employee.
• Occupancy restrictions also apply to bars, swimming pools and water park, while sunbeds and umbrellas should maintain 2m. distance from next sunbed and umbrella.
• Only registered guests should enter the hotel area.
• Gym will remain closed until further notice.
• The use of mask and hand gloves is optional for the hotel guests.
• Doctor visit once a day, at the lobby area.
• Kindly, for everyone’s health keep 2m distance and wash your hands frequently.

All measures mentioned are temporary and until further notice.

Additional changes might apply according to situation and updated instructions from greek authorities.
